Organised by WGW Entertainment and supported by Malaysia Major Events (MME), a division of Malaysia Convention and Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB), a bureau under the Ministry of Tourism and Culture, OneRepublic Live in Malaysia 2018 is set to illuminate Stadium Merdeka on 25 April at 8pm!
Before we start Counting Stars with the band, the organiser, WGW Entertainment is scouting for new talents with All the Right Moves. If you are both a fan of OneRepublic and an aspiring singer who loves to cover songs, here's your chance to showcase your passion and talent!
HUNTING FOR NEW VOICES is the live music cover competition in conjunction with OneRepublic Live in Malaysia 2018, it will be officiated by Tony Nagamaiah, the general manager of Malaysia Major Events (MME), where winners get to walk away with cash prizes and concert tickets! Anyone is welcome to join as a solo performer or as a band. All entries must be submitted to http://player.lemonadebox.com/2018voicehunt by 4th April 2018 (latest by 11:59PM). Participants will get to compete on 7 April 2018 at LG Concourse, Berjaya Times Square KL from 4pm onwards.
Participants will be assessed by 4 judging criteria, namely Voice Power, Rhythm & Tempo, Vocal Expression and Stage Presence. All participants must perform OneRepublic song and prepare a copy of the instrumental track in MP3 or Audio CD format. Participants may perform with any musical instruments of their own. Other terms and conditions of the competition apply.
HUNTING FOR NEW VOICES PRIZES
1st Prize : RM3000 + 2 ROCK ZONE tickets worth RM578
2nd Prize : RM2000 + 2 ROCK ZONE tickets worth RM578
3rd Prize : RM1000 + 2 ROCK ZONE tickets worth RM578
The remaining 7 finalists are entitled to 2 pairs of CAT3 tickets worth RM298.
There will be a one-day exclusive promotion on the 7th April at Berjaya Times Square KL from 11am to 6pm. Fans who already bought the concert tickets can redeem a limited edition poster while stocks last. Walk-in customers are entitled to a 5% discount on concert tickets with any spending at Berjaya Times Square KL on that day.
